Grain Pro Raw Coffee beans

Many of our beans have been packaged and shipped by Grain Pro, meaning that your coffee beans were transported from the farm to the distributor in specialised, food quality, plastic bags, within the 60kg hessian bags, guaranteeing no degradation of the beans during the transportation process.

Please note: This batch of Colombia beans is not Grain Pro. We always ensure we supply top quality coffee that has been graded above 81 on the scoring profile, so even though it is not supplied in Grain Pro bags, the quality is still great.

Bean Roasting Recommendations

Colombian coffee is a traditional dark-roast coffee with a strong, memorable flavour without becoming overly bitter. Having said that, any roast that is too dark will become bitter so we always err on the side of caution to rather start with a City or full City roast, then venture trial a dark roast to asses your pallet preference.

Brewing Recommendation

The flavour of Colombian coffee makes it the ideal choice for espressos and espresso blends.
