Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are delivered between 3 to 5 working days. Please take note that from November to end December 2022  deliveries may take between 7 to 10 working days. Please plan ahead and place your orders early. Should you want your order delivered next day, please contact us directly.

Due to increased fuel prices, we are unable to cover courier fees. A standard  courier fee will apply.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 74 Denton St, Parow Industria, Cape Town, 7493

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
