Bean Roasting Recommendations
It is recommended that a medium roast is used for unroasted Yirgacheffe beans to allow its delicate qualities to shine.
You can use a medium-dark or dark-roast if you prefer a heavier and sweeter coffee, but this may result in the loss of the finer qualities of your Yirgacheffe beans.
Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee will be enjoyed to its fullest if ground properly and brewed slowly using a French press or pour over (like the Chemex).

Lead time breakdown:
Orders are despatched within 24 – 48 hours, and are couriered off on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Courier is set up as economy, therefore delivery is within 48 – 36 hours of despatch. Should you want your order delivered next day, please contact us directly.
Cape Town delivery fees are R60 for orders under R500, and free for anything over.
